This plan is a two story quad-plex set up for four apartments.  Each apartment contains two bedrooms. The plan has one bathroom per apartment, sizeable kitchen, and living room.  It also has a combined front entrance, which is great for security.  Building up instead of out is a very cost effective way to build a quad-plex.
