This hotel was built with each room as a separate box. It was built along the river, three stories high, for a great view. It was setup to have each room completed in the factory to eliminate onsite finishing for the rooms to meet a better time frame. The roof was completed onsite. The rear deck makes a great patio to overlook the river.
